Terms of Hire
- The customer is responsible for the hire of the equipment from the time of collection until return.
- When breakages or losses arise, no substitute items can be accepted.
- All orders are subject to 28 days payment upon receipt of invoice.
- Special arrangements for equipment to be returned dirty can be provided for an added 'Dirty Charge' - please see equipment lists for individual charges.
- No responsibility can be accepted for injury caused by use of the hired equipment.
- Carriage Fees: Delivery and collection by prior arrangement with the office. THIS SERVICE IS DOOR TO DOOR ONLY. There is a minimum carriage charge of £10.00 for all deliveries and an additional 40 pence per mile will be charged after 5 miles per round trip.
- Any query regarding the goods delivered must be made to us by telephone immediately.
- All customers to be responsible for breakages, damages and losses, which are payable on return of order. Please see equipment list for details of replacement charges.
- All orders are subject to VAT.
- Goods not returned on arranged date will be charged extra time at the daily hire rate.
- All bookings must be made in writing.
- If cancellation of an order is necessary we request customers to give at least 4 days notice in writing. A cancellation charge of 50% of the order value will be made if such notice is not received.
- All charges are for 1 days hire. Items may be collected one day prior to use and returned the day following the function (except Saturday and Sunday) BY 5pm.
- Extended Hire: Up to 1 Week would be 2 times 1 days hire.
- All cartons or boxes to be returned. A charge will be made for non-return of the same. All equipment hired for indoor use only and storage only. Damage through damp or wet will be charged for.
- All goods charged at price ruling at time of invoice.
- Safety and Instructions: It is your responsibility to make sure that all people who use the Equipment are properly instructed in its safe and correct use and that they are in possession of all instructions supplied by us. You must ensure that the equipment is not misused.
- Replacement Cambro Racks will be charged for at £50.00.
- CANCELLATION CHARGES: Up To 4 Days Prior to the Event - 50% Charge of Full Order Value. Less Than 2 Days Prior to the Event - 100% Charge of Full Order Value.
INSURANCE: ALL EQUIPMENT ARE THE HIRER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSURING ONCE THE EQUIPMENT HAS LEFT OUR SITE. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE ADEQUATE COVER FOR THE EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE HIRED.
